This policy covers the Shift Logic Digital contractor website service and its preview request form, operated by Shift Logic Solutions in North Alabama. It describes information provided through this service, rather than information handled by websites we build for customers or our other products.
Information you provide
When you request a preview, we collect your name, email address, business name, city or service area, and the services you describe. You may also provide a website or social page address. Further correspondence may include your logo, project photos, and other business information you choose to share.
Do not send passwords, payment card details, or sensitive personal information through the preview form.
How your information is used
We use inquiry information to understand your business, prepare a personalized website preview, respond to your request, and discuss a potential project. If you become a customer, relevant correspondence also supports delivery and ongoing support of your website service.
Requesting a preview does not require payment and does not enroll you in a paid website service.
How requests are delivered
The preview form sends your details to our website server, which forwards them to our business email. Our hosting and email providers process the information needed to deliver and store those messages. Visiting the site also involves technical information, such as your IP address, browser details, requested pages, and request times, which the hosting service may process for delivery, security, and troubleshooting.
The contractor landing page does not include advertising pixels or analytics scripts. Its images are served from this website; submitting an optional social or website URL does not sign you in to that service.
Correspondence and your choices
Inquiry information can remain in business email and related correspondence. To ask about retention, request access to or correction of your information, request deletion, or ask us to stop following up on an inquiry, email sales@shiftlogicsolutions.com. Please identify the email address used for your request; we may need to verify that the request is yours.
Some records may need to be retained for an ongoing customer relationship, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. Provider backups and technical logs may follow their own retention schedules.
Third-party services
Your domain registrar and Google Workspace have their own terms and privacy policies for the information they handle. Our monthly package includes one Google Workspace Business Starter mailbox with setup and administration. Domain registration and renewal fees and additional mailboxes are billed separately.
